For use with designs/graphics by SugarBeans Design / Rose Farver
All graphics were designed to allow the purchaser to use these designs in the creation of personal scrapbook related projects, i.e., scrapbook layouts, personal signature graphics & personal blog headers etc. All items are considered PERSONAL USE only.
By purchasing graphics by SugarBeans Design / Rose Farver , the purchaser has the right to:
1. Install graphics/designs on up to two computers and or laptops at any given time.
2. Utilize the graphics/designs to create personal scrapbook layouts and personal projects (printed and/or digitally).
3. Create back-up copies for personal use.
4. You may use to create personal blog sites, personal forum signatures, for your own use.
The purchaser does not have the right to:
1. Purchase/download the graphics/designs in the name of a legal entity (consignment shop, corporation, etc.) and distribute.
2. Share, loan, copy, rent, sell or distribute the graphics/designs or a derivative of the graphics/designs (this includes relatives, friends or other household members).
3. Use the product on more than one computer and one laptop at a time.
4. Offer a product created from these graphics/designs and resell them as your own.
5. Use these graphics in websites that are non-family related.
6. Use these graphics for design purposes on personal or commercial websites.
Crediting the Source:
You are required to credit SugarBeans Design or Rose Farver Design as follows where applicable :
“(Product name) created by SugarBeans or Rose Farver”
1. Layouts posted in galleries & blogs: Credit is always appreciated but not required.
2. Layouts published in print: Please credit Studio Flergs @ scrapbookgraphics.com
3. Blog designs made using my products: Credit is REQUIRED either in the footer or somewhere visible in the sidebar.
- Forum Signatures: Credit is required in fine print underneath signature graphics.
**Please note. You MAY NOT share ANY kit or product of mine with a blog, website or blinkie designer. This is NOT how S4O/S4H works. They must purchase the kit you want to use themselves and they are not to then share it with you.**
Do NOT share in Yahoo Groups, Rapidshare, Pando, 4Shared, demonoid etc…or any other file sharing group/website.
Sharing is stealing and does NOT fall under the Fair Use Act.
LIMITED WARRANTY
SugarBeans Design / Rose Farver warrants that your Product shall be free from defects for 30 days from the time the Product is sent to you. If you detect a problem within 30 days, please contact Rose Farver by e-mail: rosefarver@yahoo.com
Should any other questions, issues or concerns arise that you are unsure of how to handle please contact me to discuss and resolve first. Remember if you don’t bring it to my attention I cannot assist you. If you are contacting regarding the loss of product due to EHD or Hard Drive failure please be prepared to provide proof of purchase. If purchase is more than 60 days old links will not be reset.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SuagarBeans / Rose Farver’s sole responsibility to you, the purchaser, shall be to abide by the limited warranty as stated above. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Rose Farver , or Rose Farver Design be responsible for any damages or loss that results from the use of, or inability to use the Product. Purchaser is responsible for acquiring any revisions to these terms of use. For other uses not covered above, including commercial licensing, please email Rose Farver at rosefarver@yahoo.com
SCRAP FOR HIRE
All my kits are Scrap For Hire Friendly provided that the client receives either a flattened JPG file or a printed physical item.
You may create scrapbook pages & cards for PAYING clients as long as:
- The finished product is passed on as a flattened or printed version in JPG format.
- Quick Pages, collage sheets, digital items etc… are NOT acceptable.
- YOU MAY NOT sell in layered format.
- YOU MAY NOT give as freebies on blogs, forums, tags etc…
- YOU must give credit to SugarBeans Design for graphics used.
- YOU MAY NOT create one page and sell it to multiple clients. You must create a unique page for each client.
- Please DO NOT use any kits for any form of commercial use & advertising, either banners, blinkies, designer blogs, digi scrapping stores or product previews/packaging
